Robert Lamb is a partner in the Polsinelli law firm, a finance lawyer with decades of experience, and an expert in the area of laws around the blockchain and cryptocurrency. He was appointed by the Governor of Utah to sit on their Digital Asset Task Force, to advise on structuring Utah law to accommodate the crypto industry. He is helping to frame a law that would recognize Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) as defined business entities.

Amelia Powers Gardner is the only female member of Utah’s Digital Innovation Task Force, a group set up by the Governor of that state to facilitate the crypto and blockchain industry, on which Aaron also serves. In her role as Utah County Commissioner, she was a blockchain pioneer, introducing blockchain-based absentee voting for those serving in US military and a blockchain registry for marriage licenses in the county.

Senator Cullimore has served in the Utah State Senate since the beginning of 2019 and sits on several influential committees, most notably that for business and labor, and is in the whip’s office for the Republican majority. He is an attorney by profession and has recently been involved in the amendment process for Utah’s Digital Assets bill that seeks to lay out a business-friendly regulatory environment for crypto in the state of Utah.

Dan is the Executive Director of the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity, known as Go Utah, and is involved in the effort to make Utah a crypto hub, with a regulatory framework that encourages the industry to base itself in the state. In his previous role as a State Senator, Hemmert introduced some of the early legislation with that in mind, a bill that exempted “blockchain technology” from regulations that apply to banks and other technologies.
